About THe Author

Thomas Ashley Young

Thomas Ashley Young is an accomplished hiker. This book depicts his 2,452.3-mile-long hike on the Pacific Crest Trail in 1981. Thomas has published two other books: Between the Lines and Musings of a Traveler Headed Home. The final chapters of this book (Going Home: A Backpacker’s Journey) discusses the spiritual trail that emanated from his hike.  This book won 1st Place in the Autobiography category from the publisher.  Thomas is available for speaking engagements, which will include how to write correctly (even if you have never published a book).
